Terms of Service

The following terms of service of Web Design and Development apply to allgreenhosting.co.uk, henceforth referred to as All Green Hosting Website Transfer. You, the Client, agree to the following terms and conditions by using AllGreenhosting’s web design and development service(s). The terms and conditions of AllGreenhosting’s web design and development services, henceforth referred to as Service, as well as the Client’s and AllGreenhosting’s obligations, are outlined in this agreement. Before seeking All Green Hosting’s web design and development services, please read this page thoroughly. The following Terms of Service (hereafter referred to as TOS) govern All Green Hosting web design and development services to the Client. The TOS are subject to change at any moment without prior notification to the Client.

  1. PRIVACY POLICY

We despise spam as much as you do. Unless required by law or requested by you, we will never disclose your information with other parties. We will only use the information we receive from you to keep your services with us going strong and to reflect the quality of our work to others, such as in our online portfolio.

 

  1. OWNERSHIP OF WEBSITE DESIGN

The customer becomes the proprietor of the commissioned website after completion of any website design and payment of web design and development expenses. Whether or not the client chooses to continue with allgreenhosting.co.uk, the client may continue to use the commissioned website to promote his or her company or organisation.

The client is not permitted to resell the design or development to other businesses. The customer has the option of adding pages to the existing site or having another firm do so utilising the commissioned website design/development.

  1. OWNERSHIP OF WEBSITE DOMAIN NAME

Domain name registration providers rent domain names to websites. When All Green Hosting registers a domain name on behalf of a customer, it does so in the client’s name. Regardless matter whether the customer decides to continue using All Green Hosting’s services after paying any outstanding costs, the client has the right to use that domain name. The customer is responsible for domain name renewal and renewal payments.

There will be an extra service cost if the client decides to have allgreenhosting.co.uk renew the domain name on their behalf. Clients should keep a careful eye on the renewal date of a registered domain name and double-check that the renewal has been performed. AllGreenHosting is not liable for domain names that have expired.

  1. OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT

The client must provide all content for a commissioned website, including text, photos, videos, and graphics (unless the client has hired allgreenhosting.co.uk for content development). All content that the client supplies for usage must be owned by him or her, or he or she must have written permission to use it. Each customer is responsible for ensuring that his or her design and/or content do not violate any trademark, service mark, or copyright restrictions.

Clients’ intellectual property infringements are not the responsibility of Allgreenhosting.co.uk. Furthermore, allgreenhosting.co.uk will not be held liable for any content uploaded. Clients should not submit irreplaceable images or papers, nor should they provide anything that has to be returned through Japanese, US, or international mail.

 

  1. PROJECT INITIATION

A signed or electronically submitted estimate or contract form, payment of half of the initial web design/development fees for custom website design, or the entire setup fee for blogs or templates, plus the client logo or any other element or content that is required to be used in the design are all required before a web design or development project can begin.

  1. PROJECT TIMELINESS INCENTIVES AND PENALTIES

If the customer does not submit material (written and/or photographs, videos, or other media to be used in the website) or other needed elements, Allgreenhoting.co.uk will be unable to create the website (pre-existing logo or account login information, etc.) As a result, we ask that all of our clients realise that if they do not stick to the project timeframe, their project may be delayed and/or face severe implications.

All Green Hosting will provide customers a deadline for submitting client-sourced content and will work with them to verify that any client-supplied content complies with our standards. The client will be alerted if allgreenhosting is awaiting material or other information.

(If the customer wants help with that aspect of their project, professional graphic design, SEO, and photographic services are available for a fee.)

It is the client’s obligation to notify AllGreenHosting in advance of any potential delays. We will work with the customer to update timeframes as much as feasible, but this may not always be practicable.

If the customer does not respond to requests within a reasonable amount of time, their website project will be put on hold, and the client will be paid for the hours worked to date.

We are always delighted to assist clients in resuming their work. If the client’s delays continue, AllGreenHosting will complete as much of the project as feasible without the missing items and send a final notification to the client.

The client’s website project will be cancelled if they do not react to the final notification within 5 business days, and they will be invoiced for the remaining balance of the stated project fee.

AllGreenHosting maintains the right to consider the project finished in its entirety and pay the customer for all future services at that time.

  1. HOW CONTENT MAY BE SUBMITTED

Content may not be submitted via fax or as paper copies. Exceptions to this policy must be approved in advance and will incur a surcharge. Any files that do not meet our minimum requirements will be rejected. Additional graphics and image preparation fees may apply to client-provided files.

  1. HOW REVISIONS TO A WEBSITE DESIGN ARE HANDLED

We take care in creating appealing designs, and the great majority of our clients are really satisfied with the final product. Design, on the other hand, is a subjective art form, and not everyone has the same taste. While we would gladly make first modest changes at no additional charge, it is crucial to understand how website design adjustments are handled.

All web design projects include exploration questionnaires that explain the appearance of the commissioned web design project. Completing these allows our team to concentrate on the design components that the customer prefers.

During the exploration phase, design choices such as the site’s appearance, colour scheme, functionality, monitor resolution preferences, and so on should be specified. Adjustments will be made free of charge if any design preference stated during the discovery phase was not met. Adjustments will be made by the hour at fees ranging from $125.00 to $175.00 per hour if the customer develops preferences or changes his or her mind after the job is completed.

  1. DESIGNS FOR SUB-PAGES

Unless otherwise specified in the design contract, sub-pages of any website will use the same overall design as the home page. Formatting requests for sub-pages will be considered but will not be guaranteed. If the client requires specific looks or formatting for sub-pages, this request should be made at the time of the initial contract and may incur additional fees.

  1. HOW WEBSITE MAINTENANCE REQUESTS ARE HANDLED

Clients who have signed up for a regular maintenance plan receive discounts off our hourly rates for website updates. Clients on a Allgreenhosting.co.uk web maintenance plan may send update requests via email [email protected] Routine maintenance which fits into the allotted time specified in the clientʼs maintenance plan is typically completed in about three to four business days.

If a client on a website maintenance plan requests more than the scheduled amount of maintenance, he/she will be given an estimate and, if approved, the additional work will be completed at a discounted rate of $95.00 per hour and the turnaround time will be based on workload issues. Clients who are not on any maintenance plan may request website updates at the full $125.00 hourly rate and the turnaround time will be based upon our workload.

Monthly and quarterly maintenance plan fees are separate from hosting fees and may be canceled at any time. (See details under the Termination of Services section.)

  1. HOW TECHNICAL SUPPORT IS HANDLED

AllGreenHosting.co.uk clients have access to emergency technical help 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Clients can send an email message in the case of a website hosting outage, and a technician will answer within 4-8 hours, depending on the nature of the request.

Please keep in mind that technical help is not available for particular computer difficulties or third-party goods or services.

  1. BILLING AND PAYMENT POLICIES

AllGreenHosting.co.uk clients have access to emergency technical help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Clients can submit an email message in the case of a website hosting outage, and depending on the nature of the request, a technician will answer within 4-8 hours.

All of our web design contracts involve a payment schedule that has been agreed upon in advance with the customer. This includes the needed deposit with 50% upfront payment of total amount agreed and other, any hourly or progress payments, and any outstanding balance at the end of the project.

The completed website will be transferred from the staging server to the client’s server after the remaining amount is paid in full, allowing the website to go online.

Ongoing services including hosting and maintenance, SEO, and e-commerce support are priced in 3, 6, or 12 month cycles. Invoice Ninja is used to create invoices, which are then sent through email. Credit cards are accepted for payment.

Once, the project has been completed, the outstanding amount in shape of final invoice be paid within seven days of initiation of invoice. Failing with, an interest of 5% will be charged on remaining amount per week.

  1. NON_REFUNDABLE CLAUSE

While buying the services, the client agrees in principal that once the development work regarding the web development, the client shall be bound to pay the cost to the AllGreenHosting and it shall be non-refundable.

  1. QUALITY GUARANTEE

 

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality services and courteous customer service. While we strive to guarantee that every part of our service is to the client’s satisfaction, we are unable to control every circumstance. It is the responsibility of each customer to test the functioning of his or her website, email, and any other product or service on a regular basis to verify that everything is working properly.

If a problem or a mistake is identified, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can take necessary action. Under no circumstances can we be held liable for the alleged income loss. Additional costs may apply to content modifications caused by a client’s fault and/or difficulties with third-party suppliers or technology, such as hosting servers or browser software.

 

  1. MOBILE-FRIENDLY FUNCTIONALITY

AllGreenHosting fully understands the value of a mobile-first and responsive website as per the Google Mobile Algorithm Update of 04/21/2015, as well as the Google Mobile-First Indexing announced in November 2016 and fully implemented in 2018. And we will do everything to make client websites as attractive and user-friendly as possible regardless of the user device. But not every functionality is fully supported on every mobile device currently available.

  1. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

If the customer decides not to cooperate with AllGreenHosting during the first web design or development phase, the client will be charged a price equivalent to 50% of the entire project cost and will be liable for any hours done to that point. This might entail obtaining a partial refund, no refund, or incurring additional costs, depending on the quantity of work accomplished at the time of cancellation, as well as any payments collected to date.

Clients who intend to discontinue any services must do so in writing in order to avoid inadvertent service disruption.

  1. THIRD-PARTY VENDORS

Third-party vendors may have separate terms of service agreements. AllGreenHosting cannot be held liable for disputes with third-party vendors. AllGreenhosting cannot be held responsible for the lack of functionality or any other aspect of third-party services.

  1. REFUSAL OF SERVICE

AllGreenHosting reserves the right to decline to do business with any client for any reason.

  1. CHANGES TO WEB DESIGN POLICIES

AllGreenHosting reserves the right to change these web design policies and terms of service at any time for any reason.
